Details: ISEC is seeking a Payroll Manager for our Corporate office in Englewood, CO. Responsibilities: Review time sheets, wage computation and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies. Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records. Oversee wages, deductions and entering data into payroll system. Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records. Oversee processing and issuing employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions. Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases. Manage and communicate with Payroll staff of six to ensure the integrity of the payroll data including data related to new hires, terminations, transfers and rate changes. Research and resolve questions from managers and employees as they relate to the processing of payroll information such as banking, garnishments, employment verifications workers compensation, retroactive pay calculations, tax questions, and other changes. Oversee Certified Payroll/OCIP Certified Payroll. Manage all federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance reporting and payments. Other duties as assigned.Apply for this job.
