Job SummaryThis Warehouse Operator position is primarily responsible for pulling, staging, and loading orders with extreme accuracy; unloading inbound shipments and raw materials; ensuring specification and quantity of orders are correct; verifying stock and identifying losses; ensuring safe operations of vehicles; and maintaining an organized layout and safe work environment.

Use fork lift to transport complete pallets of product, inspect final packaged products, label pallets, and load finished product onto trailers Perform raw material receiving, co-product handling, and co-product loading Prepare orders by pulling from stock for the purpose of meeting delivery requirements Conduct physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses Receive stock and non-stock items and ensure specifications, quantity, and quality of orders are correct Stock equipment, materials and supplies for the purpose of maintaining required levels that will ensure availability of items when requested Processes report requests, documents, deliveries and/or materials for the purpose of disseminating information and/or materials to appropriate parties Perform daily housekeeping list, cleans and checks packaging equipment daily, other equipment as needed, and fills out proper documentation Clean warehouse for the purpose of maintaining an organized layout and safe work environment Active involvement in Plant safety, committed to ADM?s zero injury safety culturePromote the ADM Way and Core Values, participate in trainings and follow all company policies, GMP, Food Safety, OHSA Safety regulations, environmental programs, and operational procedures to ensure the safety of co-workers and product integrityExhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude A successful candidate will exhibit good work habits, including excellent attendance and individual productivity Education/Training Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent is preferredExperience with material handling equipment and or the ability to qualify to operate material handling equipment within 60 daysA basic understanding of computers, math, and previous plant/warehouse environment is helpfulSelf-motivated & commitment to continuous improvement Ability to follow instructions/directions with moderate supervisionDemonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when neededStrong communication skillsStrong attention to detail Physical Demands:Job is physically demanding.
