People &
Organizational Lead – Seeds Division, North America (Downers Grove, IL)
About This Role:As the People & Organization
Development (POD) Lead, for our Seeds business in North America (NA). This role
will support the translation of our business strategy into specific people and
organizational development activities in line with business needs and goals in
addition to implementing our North America performance, talent assessment, and
Diversity & Inclusion processes.You will collaborate with human
resources business partners (HRBPs), senior leaders and their teams to improve
individual and team effectiveness; support the design,development and
implementation of POD projects; and partner with the businesson critical
change and transformation activities projects and programs.
What You Will Do:Partner with the Regional HRBP
and Seeds leadership, to align a targeted talent strategy with the five
year Seeds business strategy. Collaborate with Global D&I
team to execute the global D&I strategy and a tailored regional NA
D&I strategy. Manage the delivery of North
America Region Talent programs to include:Performance ManagementTalent Assessment and Succession Planning Career ExperiencesEngagement and RetentionPartner
with the Seeds Leadership Team to identify opportunities for increased effectiveness
typically focused on strategy, role clarity, improved processes /
efficiencies, and team dynamics.Develop
and execute plans for change across the key strategic organizational
shifts in the Seeds organization.Collaborate
with the global POD team to build a culture of customer-centricity and
learning-centered ways of working.Partner
with your peer in the Crop Protection Business NA to ensure organizational
interdependencies and employee equity across territories within NA.Partner
with your peer in Learning & Development to apply global programming
and relevant regional modifications.Build
HRBP capabilities in prioritized organization development topics.Partner
with HR Operations and Internal Communication partners for aligned process
and communication needs associated with your accountably.Grow
the understanding of organization development practice and contributions
within the HR and business communities.Skills:
You Have:Masters
Degree in Organization Development, HR Management, or related fieldMinimum
12 years of experience focused on talent management and organization
development, learning and development program management, required,
preferably including significant experience in multinational
organizations.Demonstrated
understanding of P&L business operations, long-term focus, ability to
conduct deep needs analysis, demonstrated strategic thinking.Must
