CHS, a Fortune 100 company, is hiring a Corporate Photographer / Videographer and Producer / Editor. You will join a team of dedicated marketing communications professionals who consistently strive to develop and deliver information in new, more effective ways to reach a broad range of internal and external audiences using a wide variety of media. You will lead visualization of the CHS brand and its family of brands through original photography and videography and by working with other communicators, partners and freelancer artists to continue to build our industry-leading library of visual assets and support award-winning communications programs. We are looking for a unique individual with the creative vision, technical prowess, resourceful approach, collaborative spirit and courage to conceive and produce beautiful, engaging images that inspire and inform others. You will:Art direct, capture and process photos and video footage for a wide range of communication purposes, including magazines, digital and print newsletters, annual reports, collateral, displays, websites, events, social media, etc.Provide creative vision and direction for all visual media, including development and production of corporate imagery and videos.Provide support for videos produced for/by business units, including providing direction and coordination with freelancers and vendors as appropriate.Augment and manage a comprehensive photo and video library.Select and edit photos to meet communications needs and brand standards.Participate in creative concepting and content creation discussions to identify visual asset needs and effective use of available assets, plus ideas for capturing and creating new assets.Manage overall marketing communications AV capabilities, incorporating updated technology and techniques to ensure creation of high-value visual assets and efficient use of available resources. Manage and maintain AV equipment, related hardware/software, and studio/edit suite facilities.Coach and encourage staff development in the areas of visual asset concepting, identification, creation and application.Basic Qualifications: (required)Bachelor?s degree and or accreditation in photography, videography and/or visual arts7-plus years of experience to include:Professional photography/videography for magazines and other publications and/or digital communications, social channels, presentations, collateral, corporate communications, etc.Advanced experience working with video and photography editing software programs (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, etc.)Ability to travel 20-25% of the timePreferred Qualifications: (desired)Experience using 3D modeling and animation softwareExperience managing freelance and/or vendor relationshipsAgriculture, energy, business management and/or cooperative knowledgeApply for this job.
