Planning Systems Manager – #01SKF
We are currently looking for a talented Planning Systems Manager. This position will be located in St. Louis, MO, reporting to the North America Planning Lead. The Planning Systems Manager will work closely with our pipeline planners, breeders, and scientists to understand the needs of each R&D program and develop new strategies and workflows to optimize, improve and drive more automation in our resource planning and operational processes. Developing a product has many possible paths through our pipeline, and smart planning and logistics are critical in assuring we meet business objectives. Significant opportunities exist to optimize and improve these pathways and assure we deliver greater levels of pipeline success. Key Responsibilities:Establish key connections to IT development teams to assure we are building both short and long-term planning and operational solutions. Work closely with modeling teams as we seek to incorporate greater levels of AI into our pipeline ??? both to enable better science and placement of our products but to also drive greater levels of efficiency.
