The Corporate division encompasses the core operational support for all Land OLakes businesses. It includesCorporate Strategy, Corporate Communications, Land OLakes Foundation and Community Relations, Finance, Law, Member Relations, Facilities, Event Strategy, Security, Human Resources, Information Technology, CorporateMarketingand Government Relations.
Experience-Education (Required): – Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration along with 2-3 years relevant accounting work experience. – Experience must include analyzing data and using to drive business decisions/results. Competencies-Skills (Required): – Demonstrated integrity in challenge, candor, decision making and judgment – Demonstrated attention to detail while delivering accurate and timely results, sometimes under tight timelines. Experience-Education (Preferred): – Masters degree in Accounting and/or CMA – Manufacturing Experience Competencies-Skills (Preferred): – Cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, etc. EOE M/F/Vets/Disabled.
