Come grow with us!?General Purpose and Scopt of Position:Wilbur-Ellis is looking for an experienced Driver to safely operate Company truck to deliver dry fertilizer and chemicals to the field. This position will also assist in general warehouse duties such as operating a forklift, stocking and retrieving package and bulk containers and general cleaning.?Key Skills and Abilities Include:Able to contribute to a team approach by being versatile, flexible, and having a positive outlook in your interactions with co-workers and customersWilling to work extended hours during peak season?Key Personal Attributes Include:Record of consistently following all safety practices in operating equipment and handling and storing chemicalsHigh School Diploma or equivalentHave a clean driving record and possess a Class A CDL with endorsements for Haz-Mat and TankerForklift Driving Certification (offered on the job, if necessary)Experience operating forklift, order picker, pallet jack and other equipment as requiredRequires excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and fellow employeesAble to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 80 pounds?Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:Receive and ship inventory itemsEnsure that all shipments in and out of the warehouse include proper shipping documentsRespond to inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate mannerHelp maintain warehouse cleanlinessEnsure no product leaves or enters the warehouse without necessary paperworkMaintain mileage and fuel logs on all vehiclesPerform vehicle safety inspectionsMeet and complete all WECO regulatory safety requirementsAttend product training sessions and meetings when necessaryNotify operations manager immediately if product spillsKeep current on company trainingAll other duties as assigned?Compensation and Benefits:Competitive hourly wage (to be determined based on experience and other factors)Comprehensive company benefits?If you are currently a Wilbur-Ellis employee, please notify your Manager prior to applying for this position.
