Position Summary:As a Business Analyst, you?ll be in a unique position to work across plant operations, logistics, and quality control aspects of the global ADM business spanning from software development and implementation to hardware fulfillment and installation. Other activities could include hardware implementation planning and interfacing with other systems as well as the internal team to standardize deliverables and develop clear and repeatable processes. An important capability in this role is the ability to understand and assess requirements and then problem solve and determine the best solutions.Job Responsibilities:Conduct system and business process analysisWrite detailed functional designs, specifications for system enhancements, test plans, and implementation plans.Execute functional, system, integration testing and recording test results.Train users and Tier II support on all new functionality.Provide Tier III support and periodic infrastructure maintenance.Assist in the delivery of global services and deliverablesManage new implementations.Complete projects within specified deadlines.May act as project manager by providing regular and accurate status reports and documentation. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant academic disciplineMinimum of 3 years related experience.Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization.Strong analytical, organization, time management and process management skills for success in a results-oriented environment.Work occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime.Perform on-call duties during business hours, off-business hours and weekends.Ability and willingness to travel as needed to achieve business objectives.
