This position is responsible for safely meeting production goals while maintaining compliance with environmental and quality parameters.
Essential Job Functions: Managing the plant operations to maintain personal and process safety Development of employees in an industrial environmentManaging the plant operations to ensure in spec final product quality Assigning work to personnel in order to achieve plant goals and objectivesWorking proactively with department superintendents to meet project and production completion deadlinesInterpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies Timely communication with department management to troubleshoot situations that may ariseSupport and comply with all food safety, quality, and legality requirementsOther similar duties as assignedMinimum Job Requirements:
