Committed to investing in technology and people, the facility has “top shelf” equipment that helps produce quality product and economic returns.They have an experienced team in place to provide technical guidance and industry analysis. The Plant Manager will work closely with the owner and other Plant Managers on products, sales, production. Food industry experience is essential. Dryer and/or pasteurization experience a plus. This individual should have experience working with USDA to ensure products meet government specifications. They will also work with customers to ensure product is shipped on schedule. Preferred qualifications also include good record keeping for USDA, SQF, HACCP, and shipping papers. This position hinges on the ability of the individual to be flexible. The facility is a two-shift plant, operating 12 hour shifts overseeing about 20 individuals.
