Position Summary: The Plant Manager role is a leadership position with responsibility for all operations within the ADM/ SCI facility in Modesto, CA.
This nut processing facility has the following manufacturing capabilities: roasting, dicing, pasteurization, butter production and packaging. Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the responsibility to oversee the daily operations of the facility and have a vision for long-term strategy for continued success.

Use communication channels to coordinate solutions and promote teamwork among various groups such as production, quality, maintenance, engineering, quality, and inventory, R&D, shipping & receiving.
Job Requirements: Strongly prefer a technical BS degree or a minimum of 5 years of hands-on production supervisory experience.Ability to speak Spanish fluently is preferredMust have established leadership skillsAvailable on call for any situations arising 24 hours a dayMust be self-motivated, highly organized and goal drivenMust have a strong commitment to employee safety as well as participate in the plant safety committee and food safety teams.Must have strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn other programs for managing inventory such as SpecNet.Perform other duties as required.Relocation assistance is available with this position.
