Come grow with us!?General Purpose and Scope of Position:?Responsible for management of inventory with company software, safety, fertilizer plant duties such as receiving and loading of fertilizer, operating pay-loader, facility maintenance, and general housekeeping.?Key Skills and Abilities Include:Possession of a valid commercial Class A Driver?s License with a good driving recordHigh School Diploma or equivalentProficient with blending software or willingness to learnWillingness to operate material handling equipment including pay-loader, forklift, and skid steer?Key Personal Attributes Include:Requires excellent interpersonal skills between both customers and fellow employeesAbility to work and contribute to a team approach with a positive attitude and outlookPossess the leadership skills to effectively lead plant teamStrong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple assignmentsExcellent attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skills?Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:Provide supervision and support to seasonal plant workersOversee the efficient operation of the fertilizer facilityProvide inventory management in the best overall economic interest of the companyMaintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves, or enters warehouse without necessary paperworkMonitor quality control of fertilizer inventoryProvide oversight to the maintenance of equipmentDetermine storage location of productsPerform safety inspections of pay-loader and other vehiclesMeet and complete all WECO regulatory safety and training requirementsProcess all required documentation in computer systemOrganize, set-up, and maintain safety training and records?Compensation and Benefits:Competitive annual salary (to be determined based on experience and other factors)Comprehensive company benefits?Job Code:?PLANT03299Apply for this job.
