We currently have a Pricing Support Specialist position available at our Headquarters in Boise, ID.
SUMMARYThe Coordinator coordinates all pricing for the agribusiness and specialty areas. They act as an interface between the customers, area managers and management. This Coordinator is the customer contact regarding pricing, and invoicing and is responsible for accurate invoicing, credits and rebills on customer accounts. This role is an entry point into the Pricing group. RESPONSIBILITIESReceives, coordinates, and processes pricing from area managers as directed.Accountable for interfacing with the customer order desks to problem solve customer pricing and account discrepancies. Provides communication link between sales, credit, and the customer; to facilitate prompt problem resolution when necessary.Knowledge of freight and shipment charges.Builds customer contract pricing and agreements.Understanding of net returns.Responsible for all credits and necessary rebills that are needed to reconcile customer statements.Organized and proficient with daily pricing issues. Maintain all accruals and issue rebate.Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.REQUIREMENTSAssociate's Degree (A.A. or equivalent) from two-year college or technical school preferred High school diploma or general education degree required. Minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training Broad knowledge of distribution required. Requires intermediate knowledge of JDE, BRIO and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, planning and organizational skills, advanced computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing, database, etc.), and advanced math skills needed. Must have the ability to work with little or no direct supervision. Tasks and duties are frequently non-routine. Strong negotiation skills as well as the ability to multi-task a must. Combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered for this position.
