ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Works with Process Leads, spark! Leadership team and the process team members (including SAP personnel) in order to meet defined objectives. Scopes business requirements and develops detailed plans to meet those requirements. Leads and participates in crucial conversations during design, build, and implementation with various business stakeholders and peers from other cross-functional teams to ensure desired business outcomes are met. Develops and executes test cases and scenarios for testing processes and coordinates testing with business users. Learns and aids in basic system configuration and helps to support SAP functional area to meet business requirements and bring resolution to business problems. Writes functional specifications based on business requirements for development objects including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Leads training activities in order to build the SAP knowledge base within business units. Supports relationships with project stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on the functional requirements and deliverables. Develops an in-depth understanding of fundamental SAP processes and standards. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned. Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years experience at GROWMARK/Member Company desired. Normally requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology or related program and 2-3 years of related experience in implementation of an ERP. Prior SAP product experience desired. Experience in working in cross functional team environment desired. Ability to effectively manage numerous duties of varying priority. Ability to effectively communicate with business and technology stakeholders. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Must be able to work extended hours beyond those considered normal when required. Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
