Learn more at adm.com Product Experience Marketing Manager – Erlanger, KY ADM NutritionThis is a full time exempt position Position Summary: The Product Experience Marketing Manager plays a key role in activating and accelerating mutual value creation for the Company and our strategic customers. Responsible for crafting and enhancing the go-to-market positions of our specialty ingredients, the successful candidate will work closely with sales, technical counterparts and other cross functional colleagues to drive unprecedented growth.Job Responsibilities
Act as the voice of the consumer and customer for assigned ingredients and products.
Possess aptitude for making strategic connections between broad-based consumer trends and for adapting company technologies, capabilities and practical product solutions to drive salesPossess understanding of trend and product lifecycles and recommend new strategies to grow revenuesWork collaboratively with cross functional partners to identify and respond to consumer needs, market gaps and customer opportunitiesCreate meaningful and differentiated value propositions to drive stakeholder engagement and valueProvide sales support through timely communication, targeted presentations to strategic customers, purposeful product demonstrations, and best practice product and customer experienceDevelop and maintain subject matter expertise including comprehensive knowledge of competitive landscape and make business building recommendations to the Product Experience Marketing DirectorSupport annual planning development process and implementation of action plans Demonstrate ability to interact and collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsWork with, lead and influence cross functional teams to drive incremental growth and to accelerate business results
Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Masters in Food Science or MBA strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years related product marketing or brand management experienceRelevant experience in the flavor, food or beverage ingredient industry preferredTechnical background preferred. B2B and B2C Marketing experience are helpfulExperience building brands within the food and beverage industry. This person excels in B2B marketing and working successfully in matrixed environments with a strong track record of driving sales. Demonstrated analytical and strategic problem solving skills with a focus on tactical and practical execution and results. Comfortable with changing priorities, fast paced environment and tight deadlines.
Hands-on analytical skills with a strong creative yet practical mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong business acumen. Project management skills, organization skills and an ability to multitask Comfortable working in matrixed and entrepreneurial environments. Ability to travel 15 ? 25%.
