Product Manager, Sales Enablement

DescriptionRole SummaryAs a TechnicalProduct Manager in Corteva IT, you will provide technical direction for aglobal software engineering team focused on providing our customers with thehighest availability experience attainable. You will be responsible for drivinglarge-scale digital initiatives that innovate in and continuously improve the Cortevabusiness landscape. You will helpestablish technical standards and drive Cortevas overall technicalarchitecture and engineering practices and scale them to create and fulfill ourgoal of an exceptional, contemporary and common Corteva customer experience.Youll work on Cortevas hardest problems, building high quality,architecturally sound products that are aligned with our business needs. You will design anddrive technology solutions that will reduce time to market, standardizeexecution, and scale for expansion globally. You will be a technology leader,builder, and operator who plays a key role in the evolution of our ITorganization.  Key Responsibilities& Accountabilities Defines, influences and executes on a defined
product roadmap for one or more business areas Expected to articulate and write product
strategies, working with cross-functional groups to achieve support as
necessary Develops clear, detailed, and thorough
specifications for complex services and features of products Articulates key product messaging for business
and IT colleagues, most notably, IT Business Partners and ITLT members Manages the end-to-end lifecycle(s) of complex
products Viewed as a product expert for one or more
products and as having broad experience that is helpful on new initiatives
within and outside of those directly accountable for Creative in designing solutions and recognizes
best design practices Has deep understanding of platforms, tools,
and technology in product area Consults on epics, user stories across
multiple complex and cross-functional feature/ service areas as required Has deep subject-matter expertise in a given
area and understanding of how to match and deliver digital solutions to
business needs Evolving the technical direction of the
products Works closely with Business Owners, Product
Owners, and IT Business Partners to ensure that the right products are
delivered to meet Cortevas most pressing business needs Maintains current technical knowledge to
support rapidly changing technology, always on a look out for new
technologies and work with the team in bringing in new technologies Translate a high-level organizational
objective to an executable initiative as part of a product backlog Lead a product through its lifecycle and
initiatives within it from inception to completion Provide upper management and stakeholders with
timely status updates Manage and control changes to a product by
working with stakeholders Identify the critical path of work to assess
and mitigate risks for meeting business objectives Establish and lead regular operating rhythms
with relevant stakeholders to cover both strategic and operational
opportunities and issues and drive decision-making and action Maintain product dashboard to track various
KPIs
both internal and customer-oriented Create and maintain tools to track product and
team metrics or enhance delivery and team productivity Mentor and coach team members Foster a work environment for team members to
grow and keep morale highQualifications PositionRequirements Experience taking a leading role in leading
teams in building contemporary software products, services, and systems Experience in the collaboration arc typically
associated with technical product management, including, but not limited
to managing and influencing product direction and roadmaps in concert with
business representatives and IT colleagues Experience building and leading teams of both
employees and contractors to deliver digital products Experience developing and managing product
roadmaps and their associated budgets and funding models A history and dedication to delivery through
Agile best practices Strong technical vision, judgment and an
analytical approach to solving complex business challenges through digit
products and services Experience in building processes, and managing
large-scale projects in a cross-functional environment under the umbrella
of technical product management Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss
technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate new opportunities High attention to detail and proven ability to
manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics
to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive decisions History of teamwork and willingness to roll up
ones sleeves to get the job done. Experience in communicating with executives to
describe software product features, technical designs, and product
strategy Experience working with technologies such as
Azure/AWS, Angular and Python preferred Experience with Finance and Budget managementExperience andEducation Requirements 5+ years of relevant work experience in
technical product/program management or related function Bachelors degree in computer science,
engineering or related technical discipline*LI-MA1
