Product Strategy Team Leader

Guided by the values of the company, the Product Strategy Team Leader leads the product strategy team to ensure successful management of an assigned product line from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives ?Our Uniqueness: We live and breathe our values We get things done We empower our people We have passion in all we do We dare to be different and make it simple for our customers ?Fundamental Areas of Focus: Lead and execute plans to achieve annual sales and margin target for assigned products in collaboration with sales, finance, customer engagement and marketing & development. Develop strategies for assigned AIs and products, including market segmentation, positioning, value proposition and life cycle management. Maintain productive relationships with other functions and especially ADAMA US sales, Marketing & Development and Regulatory teams, and Global Product Strategy team to ensure successful and profitable growth of assigned products by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations. Work closely with Development and Marketing to generate content, produce communication materials necessary to support sales. Participate in crop segment teams to identify product concepts to address relevant customer needs, evaluate strategic growth opportunities, and recommend the path forward for existing and new products Identify requirements for development, registration, commercialization, and follow up with manufacturing for existing and new products. Lead product launch teams to ensure project advancement, timely and successful launches Responsible for monthly forecast of assigned products in the S&OP process, budget and 5-year sales plan Understand channel landscape and propose private labels and Go-To-Market strategies, including recommendations to enhance ADAMA?s channel strategy. Recommend prices and propose programs to grow the business. Assist Finance and Sales with guidance on the administration of marketing programs for assigned products, ensuring adequate review and approval prior to implementation Oversee marketing and sales implementation to optimize Sales, Margin and EBIT Lead product launch initiatives and execution of marketing and sales plans. Develop business cases for assigned AIs and products, including financial projections Recommend new business opportunities such as access to complementary AIs, co-marketing opportunities, program approaches, etc. ?Talent and Knack: Bachelor's degree with minimum of 10 years related Ag chemical experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
