Production Clerk B Shift
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties such as answering telephones and greeting visitors; sorting and distributing mail; processing personnel paperwork and maintaining personnel filesand training records; scheduling meetings, attending meetings and preparing meeting minutes; typing documents and correspondence; compiling data and generating reports, charts and flowcharts; maintaining files; and any other duties or special projects as assigned. Difficulty Of Duties: Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others; 90% office time, 10% floor time; occasional lifting of at least 30 pounds. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years office experience. ComputerSkills: Standard computer skills, including generating simple letters, spreadsheets and/or graphics for personal business use or creating simple queries and simply formatted data output using a fourth generation language.
