Kankakee, ILWherethe Chemistry HappensWe are seeking aprofessional like you to support the day-to-day operation of the Vitamin Eareas, providing the technical support needed to execute the required productionplan. As Production Engineer, you will have strong leadership in the areas of bothprocess safety and occupational safe plant operation with adherence to BASFProcess Safety rules and policies. You will play an important role in drivingstandardization across shifts, optimizing fixed and variable unit costs,improving quality, executing maintenance and capital projects, and othermanufacturing topics. You will be instrumental in leading troubleshootingefforts when problems arise and be a 24/7-solution provider requiring off hourssupport as needed.Formula for Success Leveraging your BS Degree in an Engineering discipline(Chemical Engineering preferred) and your broad chemical or regulated plantexperience (production, maintenance, technical preferred), you will provide guidance and input to the achievement anddevelopment of plant goals, objectives, and operational budgets.Using yourexcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, you will generate andcomplete MOCs.
