Learn more at www.adm.com.Engineering interns are assigned to a production unit in either a soybean-crushing plant, a corn dry or wet-milling operation or an industrial chemicals manufacturing facility in the Midwest. This experience offers firsthand exposure to leadership, equipment troubleshooting and managing challenges as well as knowledge of plant processes, products and employees in the real world of manufacturing at ADM.Our program promotes the development of the student while providing a training ground for potential future employees. The internship consists of four key components: people management, project management, application of engineering expertise and creating a safe work environment.Qualifications Pursuing a bachelor?s degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or agricultural and biological engineeringGPA of 2.8 or greater is preferredThis internship relates to those that desire ?hands on? experience in a production setting*
