Learn more at www.adm.comProduction Office Clerk-Lincoln, NEOilseedsThis is a salaried non-exempt level position.Position Summary:The Production Office Clerk will have responsibility for production reporting, inventory reporting, payroll processing, AP interaction with Maximo receiving and supplier communication.
This position will report to the plant manager. Job Responsibilities: Update the Daily Production Maintenance screens using the Daily Crush Report and Daily Meal Lab Report.Prepare Month End Lab Reports and Headcount Reports for Lincoln and Fremont locations.Serve as a back-up for the Oil Inventory clerk.Verify hours in Attendance Enterprise and process weekly payroll in Hourly Detail Pay.Onboard new hires and maintain personnel spreadsheets and files.Coordinate drug screen testing for potential new hires and for monthly random compliance.Coordinate and track issuing safety boot slips and authorization forms for prescription safety glasses.Verify tickets and weights for Cogen coal trucks.Enter and approve temporary employee hours on Aerotek websheets each week. Submit NOPA Weighmaster and Scale Certification renewals semi-annually.Track vacations and personal holidays for hourly employees for Fremont and Lincoln locations.Post bid sheets for openings for hourly positions.Upload utility invoices to Enel X website for processing.Receive packing lists in Maximo and print separator pages.Scan packing list batches and work order batches to Web Center Capture for indexing.
Verify that the batch pages were attached in Maximo. Perform duties of Contractor Timekeeping System administrator.Track nitrogen deliveries and send weekly report to plant management and accountant.Resolve Nintex and Tradeshift invoicing issues in a timely manner. Requirements: Support and adhere to plant standards for safety, quality, productivity, reliability. environmental stewardship and serviceDetail oriented with strong organizational and record keeping skillsExcellent communication (spoken and written), listening and teamwork skillsWork schedule is Monday through Friday for 40 hoursComputer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and a desire to enhance skills through education and training for other computer programsRelocation assistance is not available with this position.
