Production Supervisor – 1900026 – Mauldin, SCThe Production Supervisor will: Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with all BASF and OSHA safety policies. Ensure that equipment is operated in compliance with all environmental regulations/permits.Develop and maintain high housekeeping and performance standards for area(s) of responsibility.Ensure productivity is at budgeted levels and proactively pursue continuous improvement.Ensure quality production of material and product while operating equipment on or at established schedules and expectations.Provide and demonstrate leadership/guidance to crews to maximize performance in support of business goals. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to optimize all aspects of the production operations in terms of employee and equipment performance.Conduct employee performance discussions and first level disciplinary actions.Provide and administrate employee training.Review and assist in the administration of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), AIM Reports, and MOC activities as assigned.Coordinate and communicate across shifts and areas as needed to insure a safe and efficient operation.Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer You?
