Chattanooga,TN Where the Chemistry Happens We are seeking a professional like you tosuccessfully lead and direct the daily operations of the Amnicola or PolymerDrive facilities. Emphasis is placed onensuring that all personnel working within their assigned area comply withsafety, health, environmental, and production standards while operating withinbudget guidelines to achieve the overall objectives of the Chattanooga Site. In this role, youwill maintain plant process control systems for safe and efficient plantoperation. You will maintain the plant recipe system for product quality andtraceability, improve existing plant processes for optimal productivity andefficiency, and assist in plant trials for new or improved products. Additionally, you will work with Maintenancein coordinating production equipment downtime for preventive maintenancerepairs. ? Utilizingyour in-depth technical knowledge of chemical processes and synthetic latexproduction, you will serve as the TDS (Transportation-Distribution & SupplyChain) responsible person for the facility pertaining to receipt of rawmaterials and shipments of products to customers.? Yourability to multi-task will be necessary as you serve as Rail Fleet Coordinatorfor the facility in matters pertaining to the NS or CSX railroads and issuespertaining to inbound raw materials and outbound shipments.? Workingeffectively in a team setting, you will release hazardous waste shipments inthe absence of the Ecology Coordinator.
