Program Manager – SAE based Awards
JOB SUMMARY: Primary responsibility is to provide logical management to FFA programs and initiatives. Program manager will manage a large or multiple smaller programs. This position will manage all program logistics including but not limited to: management of materials and supplies, travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, meeting room set ups, and transportation needs. The Program manager will collaborate with in- house staff to design best delivery methods while supporting the educational needs of programs and initiatives, design communication strategies, registration and application processes and execute where needed. Program manager will cultivate and maintain vendor relationships. This person will assist in the RFP process for conference sites and execute contracts where appropriate. This person will develop and monitor budget expenditures and work with financial services to resolve problems. Program manager provides supervision to any temporary and convention staff needed to help execute events.
