Project Coordinator

Position Purpose:
?
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Business Process Organization (BPO) to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects in the BPO. You will perform various coordinating tasks, schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you?ll collaborate with global and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Ultimately, the Project Coordinator?s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Principal Accountabilities:
?
35% Coordinate project management activities, resources, tools and information
?
? Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
? Liaise with business partners to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
? Oversee project procurement management
? Monitors processes and obtains feedback to determine effectiveness of changes
35% Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
?
? Make sure that business partner?s needs are met as projects evolve
? Analyze risks and opportunities
? Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
? Work with the Project Leads to eliminate blockers
? Documents and communicates information needs and standards for knowledge sharing
?
25% Tool and Documentation Ownership
?
? Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
? Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
? Help prepare budgets
? Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
? Lead the work intake process for the BPO and manage the work intake system
?
?5% Miscellaneous duties as assigned and/or requiredSkills:
Required
?
? Bachelor?s degree OR 7 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
? 3+ Years of Business Experience
? 1+ years? working experience in a Project environment
? Ability to travel up to 20%
?

? Ability to take initiative and be results driven
? Hands-on experience with project management tools
? An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
? Strong interpersonal skills, with team-oriented approach
? Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
? Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
?
Preferred
?
? High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Including Visio)
? Process improvement experience
? Experience delivering training
? Microsoft Project or other Project Management software
