Position Summary: This position is assigned primary responsibility of strategic space planning to optimize floor space, as well as project management to include design of work spaces, office areas, conference rooms, floor/wall/window coverings, etc.
In this fast paced environment, the successful candidate will prioritize, establish and communicate the move schedules, while maintaining the move calendar and providing accurate reports regarding the move process. This position will also be responsible for assisting with processing indirect purchasing requests, processing purchase orders and paying invoices.
It is essential that the successful candidate demonstrate confidentiality, dependability, collaboration, as well as taking the initiative to prioritize, establish and meet deadlines. Job Responsibilities:
Development of color and material presentations, both electronic and physicalAdvanced knowledge of commercial office furniture product offerings Communicate with vendors to determine pricing, discounts, etc.Set up and maintain project files per design and company standardsField verification and measurement of site conditionsMust have efficient experience in space planning, including but not limited to furniture layout and room d?cor with basic understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and electrical/data requirements applied to a projectCheck all drawings and specifications for 100% accuracyPlace orders, process invoices, track shipments and coordinate delivery and installation of purchases associated with projectMaintain/lead move schedule and conduct weekly meetings Research and obtain purchase options from manufacturers, vendors or online sites Job Requirements:
