YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Project Management Hort SGR are to:
Lead Phase 3 projects development through registration submission to commercial launch (phase 4);
Support Early Development and Marketing Product Manager in business evaluation of new active ingredient candidates for phase 2 and 3 advancement;
Assure the appropriate business assumptions have been used by those involved in the project;
Maintain comprehensive and realistic assumptions on project planning for timeline, resources planning and financials NPV calculations in project management systems (neXus and NewPort);
Maintain a comprehensive list of running projects covering all phases
of product lifecycle from phase 2 to withdrawal/exit;
Lead and manage projects within Asset Portfolio at Regional-level and ensure alignment with global development timeline and resources;
Lead the Region-initiated projects through the annual PortRes R&D
resource prioritization process and ensure alignment with Global

Bachelors degree + 12 years, Masters + 10 years or PhD + 7 years;
Ability to influence others without direct line supervisory authority;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong leader who is efficient in managing conflicts constructively and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills;
Experiences in managing and working in cross-functional teams, strong analytical skills, structured thinking, well organized;
Skill to build strong and effective teams, provide clear guidance and measures, prepare decisions based on broad and thorough analysis, enabling quick, clear and sustainable decision making;
Ability to stay focused under pressure, to identify critical priorities, to negotiate skillfully in tough situations, to deal efficiently with ambiguity;
Experiences with managing stakeholders in different hierarchical levels in difficult situations;
Basic understanding of Agriculture business and marketing.
MBA / Prior Project Management experience preferred;
Strong background in R&D with relevance for crop protection projects preferred.
