PT Assoc FSQA Administrator
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties such as answering telephones and greeting visitors; processing paperwork and maintaining files; inputting data into MMS system; typing documents and correspondence, compiling data, keeping records and generating reports, charts and flowcharts; and other duties or projects as assigned. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results and coordinating with others. This position requires the ability to prioritize daily work with minimum supervision. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: 6 months experience. Computer Skills:Standard computer skills; Microsoft Office. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; requires excellent phone etiquette; confidential information is entrusted; disclosure would be serious.
