Quality Assurance Coordinator
The Land OLakes Supply Chain & Operations division provides strategic leadership across the companys many business units. The team plays a significant role in fueling revenue growth and profitability through operational excellence, quality, process improvement and innovation. By partnering closely with Finance, Marketing and Human Resources, the team delivers value to Land OLakes business units, members and customers.
Provide support to the Quality Assurance Tulare team in data entry, positive release, record keeping, and updating/maintain quality policies and documents.
-Bachelor's degree in Biology, Food Science or related field
-2 plus years quality-related experience in the food industry
-Ability to interact with regulatory agencies and clearly covey results to upper management
-Assist in investigating and correcting quality-related issues (including customer complaints) through collaboration with other departments
-Follow up with prerequisite programs (GMPs, HACCP, Allergen Control, Cleaning and Sanitation, Pest Control, Equipment Calibration, etc.) to ensure compliance by all employees and other personnel in the manufacturing facility
-Review Production Records and other manufacturing-related documents to verify compliance and record keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities
-Proficient in MS Office
-Basic laboratory skills -Share knowledge, skills and information with other personnel -Conduct trainings with all plant personnel
