Houston, TXWhere the Chemistry HappensWe are seeking a professional like you to become part of the Quality Management Team for the Global Hygiene Business Unit. In this role, you will ensure effective handling of non conformances, publish and maintain product literature and specifications, and collaborate with our multiple production facilities throughout the globe. Hygiene is a fast-moving and exciting consumer goods industry where ensuring quality to the customer is paramount ? your contribution to the Quality Management Team will enhance our reputation and ensure that our products and services drive sustainable growth.Formula for SuccessBy taking on and driving quality topics forward through collaboration, you will instill the spirit in the organization that Quality Drives ResultsSuccessfully engaging across the organization, you will collaborate with your North and South American, European, and Asian team members to ensure conformity and standardization in all the plant quality labs globally.You will leverage your organizational skills as you maintain multiple information databases within the business unit.Ensuring an effective and efficient process for handling non conformances, you will drive continuous improvement through identifying and reporting weaknesses and through ensuring development and implementation of corrective actions.Your statistical analysis knowledge will be crucial as you review, optimize, and validate internal quality systems.Your strong communication skills will be a valued asset as you present to other members of the Hygiene Business unit.Your high learning agility will be crucial as you take on new tasks and challenges.Using your QM experience and understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001, you will help guide the organization in the approach to certifications according to general, as well as industry-specific, quality standards.Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer YouAdding value to our customers begins with adding value to you.
