Region Sales Manager – Madison, NE
??DESCRIPTION ?Key Responsibilities?Pursue continued Big Iron consignment sales growth and customer expansion within the assigned sales region;Ensure appropriate districts are filled by qualified District Managers who will achieve revenue and sales goals;Develop, recommend, plan and implement systems, procedures and practices to successfully move each sales transaction to more profitability;Establish and evaluate personal sales goals to ensure continued successful development within the District Sales Force with proper utilization of human resources, materials and time;Ensure timely reporting of all expenses and financial data as specified by company verbal and written policy;Develop and conduct Economy of Management practices and internal control procedures to ensure the region operates in the most cost effective manner while providing accurate, documented and timely sales services;Support District Managers efforts to train and coach Independent Sales Representatives in their respective areas;Ensure quality and timely listings by District Managers and their Independent Sales Representatives throughout every district with the region;Participate in BigIron's continuing education efforts to ensure you are up to date with Company software reporting and support systems and industry policies and procedures.???POSITION REQUIREMENTS ?Qualifications and Experience?Bachelor's degree; plus minimum seven (7) years related experience and training; or equivalent combination and experienceMust have knowledge of equipment sales in agricultural, construction or transportation and possesses leadership qualitiesKnowledge of focus market participants (individuals, farms/ranches, dealers, lenders, contractors and agri-businesses) within assigned region boundaries and customs and trends within assigned regionComputer proficiency required for MS Office (suite) and learned proficiency with previous licensed software access (i.e., CRM, Expense Reimbursement, RFP and Proposal/Contract etc.Experience supporting working within multi-regional or global company offering best in class or market leading product or service business???must have verifiable references to support?AREA OF ASSIGNED RESPONSIBILITY (AAR) Northern Plains Region ??EOE STATEMENT BigIron supports equal opportunity in all its relationships including Independent Contractors.
