Regional Business Development Manager – MidwestA well established dynamic company, is looking for a superstar National Sales Business Development Manager with a strong “Hunter” personality for New Business Growth, to expand their feed additive product line-up further into the Hog and Poultry sectors with focus on the Midwest/Great Lakes market space. This company is nutritionally sound, small and “nimble”, with quick decision making capacity, and no layers of bureaucratic politics to move through to “get stuff done”. Facilities located in the eastern US and growing infrastructure of dealer/distribution network across the midwest. A totally performance driven company whereby the only limiting factor for success and financial reward, is the persons drive and passion for sales within the Livestock Industry.A qualified candidate must be able to travel extensively across the region and some possible US/International travel opportunities for trade shows and industry events. You should have a network of relationships within the Feed Industry that may be leveraged to open doors. Contacts from multiple feed companies, consulting nutritionists with large swine and integrated poultry systems would be highly beneficial. This is a “turn over rocks, hunter” type position, and B2B, dealer/distribution experience is needed. You must have strong knowledge of feed nutrition and animal health.
