At Landus Cooperative, you’ll find a fun team atmosphere and a stable career that offers excellent benefits for full-time employees!Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Includes but not limited to the following: Coordinate the functions of all assigned locations to ensure the inventory, equipment and assets are being utilized.Participate in the strategic planning discussion of region and facility expectations.Control inventory; shrink, non-billed products and services, theft, damage, aging, and deterioration.Provide short/long-range planning for region development.Provide budgeting/budget control for regional operations related to department and sales goals, income and expenses, and capital expenses.Review and recommend necessary changes to the annual maintenance capital expenditures for each location.Review P&L to include recommended changes to meet regional expectations.Develop a succession plan for each location manager and superintendent.Assist transportation in the movement & placement of inventory.Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service.Required Qualifications: Must have a valid state motor vehicle license.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.At least ten years of management experience.Good computer skills.Our Values: Teamwork: Works hard to emphasize team success ahead of individual success.Safety: Protects the well-being of our employees, customers, and consumers.Consistent Quality: Accepts responsibility to provide quality work in a timely manner.Empowered: Enjoys working hard and has initiative to do what’s right.Integrity: Displays honesty by doing what they say they will do.Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Women/Veterans/DisabledApply for this job.
