Regional Integrated Marketing Leader

Together.Guided by the values of the company, we are seeking a Regional Integrated Marketing Leader to work in our Raleigh office reporting to our Marketing Leader.Our Uniqueness: We live and breathe our valuesWe get things doneWe empower our peopleWe have passion in all we doWe dare to be different and make it simple for our customers Fundamental Areas of Focus:Collaborate with cross functional teams (Development, Sales and Strategy) to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for assigned advanced brands aligned to regional sales strategy and goals. Ensuring clear product positioning, key benefits and target customers through collaborative field insights.Partner with Sales and Development staff in season to ensure successful execution of plans and gather market insight (photos, testimonials, trends etc.) to adjust plans as needed.Lead and drive the execution of new product introductions through collaboration with the Development team, delivering solid business plans and executing through to deployment.Collaborate with the Sales, Strategy and Development organizations to drive growth and optimize product profitability.Partner with Development to support Sales in successful planning, execution and follow up of in-field demos.Provide leadership through influence and market expertise, to focus assigned brands on key markets, emphasizing differentiation and/or benefits.Responsible for managing and reconciling budgets per regional plan allocations.Talent and Knack:Aligned with our core values of creating simplicity, working with passion, getting things done & empowering our people.A commitment to the big picture, collectively pursues unselfish goals with humility & invests in making all of us better.Good communication skills and ability to connect broadly with people & motivate around a message.Challenges industry dogma and avoids mediocrity, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.Thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable setting the pace rather than awaiting direction.Strong skills in MS Office, SharePoint and SalesForce experience a plus.Bachelor's degree with at least five years of marketing experience required.
