Houston, TXWhere the Chemistry HappensWe are seeking a professional like you to develop and grow the relationship with our North American customers, currently valued at %2480 – %24100 million ? and include diaper manufacturers into the baby, adult incontinence and institutional (Medical). Customers include large manufacturers for private label as well as owned brands. The position will be based in Houston, Texas with accounts throughout the United States.Formula for Success            Your strong selling skills, including lead identification and follow-up, ability to close, negotiation, and project management will be a valued asset as you contribute to the regional sales plan, implement account strategies to achieve sales and growth targets, and negotiate customer contracts.        Your proven track record of successful customer interaction will be critical as you build deep customer relationships with all relevant customer stakeholders including Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Technical communities.       Successfully engaging across the organization, you will interact with key decision-makers to ensure sales activities in the region are fully communicated through site/visit reports, documentation, and account plans.      Your ability to conduct market analysis will be critical as you provide forecasts of future customer demand and sales performance as required by supply chain, controlling, and business management.       Your ability to interact with cross functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Controlling and Product Development.Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer YouAdding value to our customers begins with adding value to you.
