Houston, TXWhere the Chemistry HappensRegional Marketing & Insights (M&I) is key to assess market information as a basis for commercial decision making. As the expert for competitive behavior, market size development, consumer trends and market pricing, M&I is not just analyzing and consolidating data: M&I is responsible to translate the data for sales to use it in customer interaction, provides the market assessment for pricing decisions and evaluates future market dynamics to define strategic directions. Moreover, M&I acts as multiplier for market information within the region and the global M&I community.Being responsible for Marketing in the region, your role in M&I will support sales and customer interaction. In this context M&I acts as regional SAVIVA launch coordinator, driving and supporting cross functionally the regional teams in launching the new technology. Formula for Success Leveraging your educational and professional background in marketing, product management, or business management, you will own regional input to the market model, survey and derive business opportunities, and further develop regional price monitoring.Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will collaborate with Global Marketing on N.A. market trends and pricing/product strategies for Regional Accounts in NA, align with S.A. Marketing and Sales on pricing/product strategies for supply from N.A. into the region, and communicate with distributors on marketing/product pricing strategies to grow the non-hygiene business.Successfully engaging across the organization, you will interface with Supply Chain and Production for long term demand forecasting and operations planning, collaborate with Sales on product/pricing strategies, and align and validate the monthly financial forecast with Global Key Account Managers and Regional Key Account Managers for Controlling and participate in monthly financial review.Your robust experience in market research and business analytics will be a valued asset as you monitor competitive activities in the region, assess potential competitive behavior, and compile this competitive activity and analyze N.A. market data/trends to provide input to Sales and Global Marketing.Your ability to communicate with others at all levels of an organization will be essential as you communicate with Customer Service and the Credit Department on any changes in the business to ensure sufficient support and that appropriate credit lines are established.  Additionally, you will participate in quarterly Global Marketing Intelligence calls and monthly DSO meetings with Controlling, Sales and the Credit Dept. to ensure timely payments or troubleshoot any issues.Utilizing your leadership experience, you will support the commercial launch of new product, facilitate the inventory turnover, and act as SAVIVA regional launch leader.Your prior marketing experience will be an asset as you lead regional external communication activities (i.e. fairs) and provide input and improve sales material (roadshow, product presentation etc.) Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer YouAdding value to our customers begins with adding value to you.
