Where the Chemistry Happens?
Lead the development of new products for inclusion in the Carrot regional portfolios, involving seed varieties, seed forms and new technologies. Formula for Success: You Will?Design,coordinate and or execute regional trial programsAnalyze andprocess the trial program data. Presentand discuss conclusions and new seed-tech products to Crop TeamProvide technicalsupport to sales specialists, account managers and customers by means of adviceand training regarding one or more cropsInform breedingteam on the needs of the market, in order to give priorities to the assortmentper market segment and type.Prepare,coordinate and execute all the procedures in the Elevation varieties (ElevationProcess) from screening2 to trial. Advise Crop SalesManager and Global PS regarding seed production plan. Prepare and Request Seed production (Trialvarieties: TR1 and TR2 status) and coordinate the distribution of them.Initiate andpropose variety registration and application for plant breeder rights andnaming of promising trial varieties in order to protect the Nunhems cropsinterest.Attend andSupport to different complaintsQualifications ? Bachelor?s ormaster?s degree in agriculture? At least five years?experience within agriculture, combined with experience in the development ofvarieties (trials).? Analyticalskills, very organized, good decision making.? Team player withgood communication skills? Ability to guideand motivate the trial teams? Commercialaptitude? Innovative mind?
