This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.?QUALIFICATIONS:?- High School or GED required; post-secondary Ag-related education beneficial- 2 or more years experience selling to brand-name Ag Equipment dealer/distributors- Self-directed with ability to work well independently and drive sales- Good rapport with Dealership Parts Managers or Parts Staff members- Solid knowledge / understanding of implements for tillage, ripping, seeding and no-till practices- Ability to sell and train on technical Ag Equipment parts- Ability to effectively manage a 3-4 state territory- Solid communication, interpersonal and computer skills- Ability to regularly communicate / provide timely reports to management- Ability to travel to 75% each week with clean driving record??JOB DESCRIPTION:?Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover an Upper U.S. territory selling tillage implements and parts to dealers / distributors. Ideal individual will have recent territory Ag Sales success with ability to maintain established territory relationships and to develop new dealer / distributors. Primary role objective will be to increase market share within territory.
