We are expanding the growth of our of Plant & Animal Nutrition business and are actively recruiting for a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER to manage technical sales teams in North and South Carolina. In this role you will develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and business opportunities in your assigned region.Requirements:Interested candidates should have 5+ years of Agricultural sales experience (Crop Protection, Fertilizers, Ag Chemicals, or Seeds) and a BS or higher in an Agronomy / Agriculture related field. You should have in-depth knowledge of the agricultural environment in your assigned region and should live in South Carolina (or be willing to relocate at your own expense and have strong knowledge of agriculture and soil conditions in North and South Carolina). Prior experience leading sales teams and having existing relationships with the farming community in North and South Carolina are strongly desired. You should have strong knowledge in one or more of one of the following areas: Agriculture/Farming, Agronomy, or Animal Nutrition. Candidates with a Certified Crop Adviser designation are especially encouraged to apply. Candidates must have the ability to travel within your assigned area as needed.
