Regional Sales Representative #2771
A manufacturer of seed inoculants and treatments is seeking a Regional sales professional for Kansas, Nebraska, and Colorado.The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Regional Sales Manager in creating demand across all levels of the channel to include assigned distributors, retailers and growers. The candidate will assist in and implement marketing direction, assist in managing territory resources, and provide customer service. Specific responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:Assist in the development and implementation of Company s product brand awareness at assigned distributor, retailer level.Execution of retailer and grower segmentation and demand creation actions.Deliver product performance service and support at grower and retailer level.Provide consistent and timely communication with assigned distributor representatives.Clarify marketplace dynamics and trends with in-depth analysis and review.Compile monthly reporting of market conditions to identify opportunities, emerging challenges and competitive activity.Manage expenses and resources in an effective, timely and ethical manner.Communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner across all levels of assigned customers and the internal organization.Candidate must possess a strong work ethic, self-motivation, timely and consistent communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple projects and requests.?? REQUIRED:AA or Bachelor's degree.Minimum 3 years of Field Sales, Marketing and/or Technical Service Experience, to include account management.Intermediate computer skills required to generate sales support materials, sales reports, analyze market trends and accurately fulfill marketing programs.Highly motivated and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting and/or individually.Results oriented with demonstrated ability to direct the sales process and conversation in a purposeful, out-come based manner.Must be able to travel and stay out over extended periods of time. ?PREFERRED:Agronomy sales, territory management or retail / distribution sales.Agronomy related experience.Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Business, Marketing, Biology or related field.BENEFITS:Competitive salary with commission options.Company vehicle, phone, computer, and corporate expense account.HSA health account with 401k options after completion of first year.Apply for this job.
