Regional Supply Chain Project Manager (1901809) ? Huntsville, AL
Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a professional like you to be responsible for regional process improvement projects. In this role, you will have regular communications between regional counterparts globally and global raw materials and precious metals functions, as well as interaction with GS on regional processes. You will be responsible for regional support of inventory reporting and manage the improvement of existing processes, such as scorecards and monthly reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for the introduction of any regional projects for Customer Care and Supply Chain. Exchange between CCE regions will require you to have regular communication about process improvements, and handling of business challenges.
Being independent, influential, and collaborative with peers and your supervisor will be essential for critical decision-making processes and will be key to your success in this role.Formula for SuccessLeveraging your education in Business/Management or other relevant discipline combined with your experience in project management and supply chain (experience in the automotive/catalysts business is preferred), you will implement projects and processes related to Supply Chain.Relying on your strong communication and networking skills, you will support benchmarks between regions.Your sound strategic thinking capabilities and demonstrated ability to implement project plans and process changes within stipulated timelines will be essential as you implement supply chain strategy.Your influential leadership skills will be fundamental in this role as you interface with Catalyst functions such as Finance and Account Management, internal Catalyst clients and external global customers.Demonstrating your ?can-do? attitude and solid focus on implementation of plans, you will be responsible for change management locally/regionally together with the Regional Supply Chain Manager.
