Brief Description The Reliability Engineer position is responsible for increasing the reliability of assets within the facility.
Key focus areas of this role include refining equipment maintenance strategies, defect elimination, and partnering with project engineers on reliability centered design.
This position will be focused on equipment reliability improvements along with other components of the proactive maintenance model that may be assigned as demanded by the needs of the facility.
The Reliability Engineer will be a champion for the maintenance and reliability efforts. This position will have an integral role in developing and executing asset health improvement plans, defect detection and elimination.
Principal Accountabilities 35% Identify reliability & asset health opportunities and champion improvement plans & elimination efforts.
20% Develop and manage equipment maintenance strategies including PM and PD technologies.
15% Provide process and technical support for maintenance planners, maintenance coordinators, and craftsmen.
10% Lead RCAs/failure analyses activities and drive reliability centered corrective actions.
10% Partner with project engineers for reliability centered design and manage the development of equipment and installation standards as needed.
10% Support management of CMMS, including equipment additions, critical spare identification, and PD/PM updates as needed.??? Skills:
Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Agricultural Engineering or related technical discipline.?
1+ year? experience in production, maintenance, or project management.?
Microsoft Office Suite experience.?
Training and knowledge of management of proactive maintenance model.?
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement detailed solutions to complex technical problems involving multiple technologies.?

Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and writtenPreferred Qualifications?
5+ years? experience in production, maintenance, reliability, or project management.? Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP).? Knowledge of predictive technologies (vibration, infrared, ultrasound, machinery lubrication).? Experience with corn wet milling equipment and processes.?
Experience with SAP.?
Knowledge of the maintenance planning & scheduling process. ?
Experience with facilitating problem solving activities including Root Cause Analysis.
