Florham Park, NJ Where the Chemistry Happens BASF is seeking a candidate like you who will successfully support the Remediation and Reporting functions within the NCU Group (EH&S Service North America). This role will provide essential accounting, finance, project management, and support services so that remediation project managers can focus on their strategic roles and primary deliverables in project management while sustaining remediation workflow processes. Formula for Success Leveraging your educational and/or professional work experience you will provide remediation support to multiple project managers by performing SAP enterprise management functions related to remediation project execution and delivery. You will also provide reporting support to include tracking accidents and injuries, safety database management, manage communications, and report on other relevant EHS site-specific safety data. Utilizing your knowledge of remediation projects (scope, schedule and budget) you will actively collaborate with the project managers and other key stakeholders on best practices to improve use of common disciplined work processes and to optimize remediation project execution. You will be relied upon to provide project administrative support with respect to communication or transmittal of project documents, maintaining various project logs and databases, including extraction and compilation of data from various sources. Successfully engaging across the business, you will interface with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Tax, Legal, and Real Estate teams to meet project execution requirements.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in SAP Project System (PS), and Work Cycle.Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer You Adding value to our customers begins with adding value to you.
