Job Summary:The Reporting Analyst will focus on the design and implementation of department and management reports to enable Nutrien Ag Solutions procure to pay process to run more efficiently and effectively. The Reporting Analyst will collaborate across various teams to determine overall reporting needs. This role is responsible to automate, stream line and enhance current and future reporting needs. Your efforts will ensure the team is using the right technology; for the right reports. Other additional responsibilities assigned as needed. Key Tasks:Provide accurate, timely, and reliable metrics and reports Design and enhance reporting for various AP teams and managementAnalyze reports to improve operating and financial performanceDetermine best use of technology for current and future reportingDevelop best practices for reporting requests and implementationCreate standard operating procedures as requiredOther duties as assignedSkills:Lead by example and work well with all levels of the organizationAbility to work in multiple ERP systemsComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point, etc.).Strong analytical skills with the ability to conceptualize new processes and ways of workingHighly detail orientedAbility to prioritize and work with competing deadlinesAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsSelf-MotivatedStrong integrity and business ethicsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business related field from a recognized institutionAccounting or Finance Degree is preferred3+ years of practical experience plus demonstrated leadership skillsPeopleSoft, SAP, BI tools experience is a plusNutrien Ag Solutions, a Nutrien Company, is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
