Our worldwide headquarters and research facilities are in Greenfield, Indiana.Responsibilities:?Member of the global vaccines research team facilitating the efficient and timely progression of R&D projects according to agreed budgets and milestones through the practical application of scientific expertise and project leadership skills?Play an active role in ensuring a safe, compliant and productive working environment for all research associatesLead (or contribute as a functional representative assigned to) multidisciplinary research teams executing programs of work sponsored by the species teamsActively support a culture of high accountability to the sponsor (species teams) through values and behaviors and actions.Enable the timely progression of research projects through the practical application of scientific expertise which may include planning, protocol and FSR preparation, hands-on laboratory work or training and supervision of others.Basic Qualifications:PhD Degree5 years ?experience working on R&D projects in the human or animal vaccine industry.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
