Retail Division Manager
CHS Cooperative Resources is working with a progressive member cooperative in northwest North Dakota to help find a Retail Division Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a key senior management level position in which the ideal candidate will provide overall leadership and management of the retail division of the company. The successful candidate will lead and develop an effective retail operations and sales team to achieve profitability and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the retail division operations and sales team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.Train and develop the retail division team on programs, pricing and overall strategy.Recruits, coaches and monitors the performance of the retail division employees. Directly supervises the retail store managers including hiring, terminating, coaching, counseling and creating a development plans for each store manager.Design and implement a strategic business plan that will lead to profitable growth.Develops relationships with key vendors and works with them implementing marketing programs to create profitable business growth.Works with company marketing and advertising staff to develop and implement retail division market develop programs and advertising plans.Supports and participates in the development of safety and compliance practices and policies. Leads by example and enforces the established policies and practices of the company.
