In addition, Zoetis will never ask candidates to make any type of personal financial investment related to gaining employment with Zoetis.Role Description:Zoetis Global Solution Center (GSC) organization has the charge to design, build, implement and sustain enterprise Enabling Function (including ERP) and Reporting solutions based on the SAP technology platform.
The US Revenue Management Lead for Rebates and Chargebacks will work integrally with the GSC organization and external service providers to manage systems and solutions to support Zoetis Revenue Management processes in the US businesses. This role will be the Subject Matter Expert in the Vistex domain related to Billbacks, Chargebacks, Rebates, Loyalty and Sales Deals. The candidate will also work closely with our business counterparts to support successful adoption of the technology, address business requirements and provide cohesive solutions in line with global and business best practice. The Revenue Management Lead, Vistex will: * Work as a team member or as individual technical analyst on product implementation, design specification, architecture, enhancement, integration, or audit and review projects * Work with peers in the ITS organization and business representatives to determine business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of the Vistex modules * Support the identification of opportunities to standardize processes and system configuration globally and ensure compliance across all implementation to these standards * Collaborate with colleagues from other SAP and reporting teams to ensure end to end process integration and consistency * Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives
Key Responsibilities: * Support the global deployment of Vistex within the corporation * Translate and influence business and functional solution requirements with Vistex rebate and chargeback stakeholders * Develop, prototype, test and implement Vistex Rebates and Billback/Chargebacks functionality * Develop and manage project plans, leading projects as required, as well as contributing as a team member on larger projects * Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates * Support and drive knowledge transfer to Production Support at conclusion of projects and delivery enhancements * Train and transfer knowledge to other team members, users and stakeholders as required * Provide input to long-term IT strategy necessary to achieve organizational objectives
Client Management: * Understand client”s business strategy, goals, operational processes and technology needs * Gather and analyze business requests to determine how best to create successful resolution for new requests and issues * Ensure customer expectations have been met through delivery and ongoing execution of services * Help business user clients understand service offerings available from internal IT service providers and secure appropriate resources for projects, engaging with the business, and facilitating service delivery * Support clients and work with them to prepare and validate business case for ITS investment * Facilitate technology initiatives which directly impact clients” portfolio * Align ITS with current and future needs of the business and its customers while improving quality of services delivered
Ongoing Systems & Service Delivery and Process Improvement: * Deploy global IT processes, develop and maintain organizational quality indicators, and monitor client satisfaction * Provide information to IT and Business leadership regarding best practices, industry trends and business opportunities, as well as feedback on the overall performance of processes and tools * Understand key business controls and impacts of changes caused by functionality, technology changes and changing business needs * Work with Business counterparts to ensure adherence to audit, SOX and other compliance requirements * Identify and initiate process improvements * Monitor process compliance and performance metrics * Provide holistic view of Vistex roadmap (including releases / enhancements / maintenance), technology risks and system health (and their potential impact on the business), opportunities and challenges. * Consult with multiple business process owners to identify, define and document business needs and objective, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of system access.

Qualifications:Education: * Bachelor”s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field is required * MS or MBA is preferred but not required
Experience and Profile * 5+ years of SAP/Vistex experience with multiple full life cycle implementations * Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, including but not limited to, project management, operational service delivery, large project implementations and integration management * Proven ability to learn quickly * Must understand the importance of cohesive Business Processes and can combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g. SAP technical areas and project management methodologies) to produce an optimal business solutionApply for this job.
