The Supervisor ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This job description reflects assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned. * Directly supervises and provides technical leadership to Repair Technicians. * Ensures adherence to departmental DOPs and SOPs. * Extracts data from ERP or CRM systems and creates basic reports. * Reports departmental metrics in an accurate, clear, concise manner. * Implements IPC inspection procedures. * Assures that released RMA product meets all factory requirements. * Tracks RMA WIP and adjusts resources to meet repair requirements * Maintains accurate and complete documentation. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). A Bachelor”s degree in electronics or related field is preferred. Supervision experience and knowledge of ERP system are also desired. TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
