Description: The Safety Manager is responsible for oversight of the overall safety performance and compliance obligations of the Decatur Corn Processing facility. The position develops and executes safety training programs and drives ADM safety initiatives throughout the facility. The position will also leverage performance excellence principles to drivecontinuous improvement in safety throughout the plant.

Job Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Environmental, Safety or other applicable fieldPrior experience in an environmental, health, and safety role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office SuiteMust exhibit high levels of professionalism, integrity and discretionExcellent organization/planning and problem solving skillsExcellent teamwork and conflict resolutionPromotes the ADM Way and Core ValuesAble to communicate with all levels of the organizationMust have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and proceduresPhysical Requirements: Work in uncomfortable environments, such as extreme temperaturesSit or stand for long periods of time and bending, kneelingAbility to access all areas of the facility Relocation assistance is available with this position.ADM requires the successful completion of applicable pre-employment drug screen, medical questionnaire and a background check.
