A farming company that operates throughout the state is looking for a Safety Supervisor to implementing the company”s policies and expectations on the ranch. Apply today!Responsibilities: * Plan and implement effective training programs and improve the program application as needed. * Collaborate with management to identify company training needs and schedule training sessions. * Work directly with supervisors to identify employees that need to improve their performance, maintain good people, and track employee productivity. * Work with management to prepare hard copy training materials such as videos, presentations, and fliers. * Register, train and guide new and existing employees. * Manage employee”s timesheets and assist with Pago. * Provide for workers: ice, water, restrooms, proper posters, PPE, trash, break trailers * Supervise and implement safety procedures on the ranch: proper use of equipment, employee safety, injury and accident reports, issuing warnings, transporting injured employees. * Collaborate with management to develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training. * Daily metrics performance to ensure employee success (Reporting to employees). * Support other Hall safety supervisors and ranch managers in accomplishing the company”s expectations. * Make sure to maintain the training areas and to be sure they are kept clean and organized.Requirements: * Some experience with the following: Almond crop application
